Team JAS, Inc. is seeking an MRO Administrator to oversee the repair order flow from placement to delivery, maintaining Quantum Control records and ensuring on-time turnaround.

You will handle customer quotes, vendor coordination, and communication with internal teams to uphold service standards. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or admin in aviation/repair services.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and customers.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRO software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for parts and repairs; track status to meet turnaround times.
• Provide quotes for repairs; follow up with customers.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure approvals.
• Monitor overdue repair orders and update work notes.
• Source parts and manage availability for repairs.
• Manage rotables and logistics through repair cycles.
• Update Quantum Control with order status in real time.
• Prepare reports and assist Maintenance Manager with daily ops.
• Resolve customer questions, costs, and timelines promptly.
• Assist clerks with pulling parts after customer approvals.
