Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to guide the Guest Experience team during shifts, ensuring a warm, personalized service for guests and crew.

You will lead by example, coordinate duties, and train staff while resolving inquiries and billing issues with professionalism and accuracy. This role involves both indoor and outdoor work near aircraft and equipment, requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in aviation preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver’s license and vehicle operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Guest Experience team during shifts.
• Coordinate duties and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Serve as escalation point for guest inquiries and billing issues.
• Welcome guests and crew, guiding them to entrances and aircraft.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Record guest interactions and manage information flow between departments.
• Handle guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services like hotel and transportation arrangements.
• Resolve guest requests and billing disputes promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local area information.
• Coordinate with Airside Experience team to service flights and aircraft.
