Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to be the face of our private aviation terminal, blending hospitality with hands-on ground services. You will engage guests and crew from wheels down to wheels up, delivering a seamless and personalized experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

The role requires schedule flexibility and outdoor work around aircraft, with the ability to operate ground service equipment while upholding safety and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform airside operations safely per SOPs and communicate effectively.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors to meet service needs.
• Assist fueling, de-icing, ground power, and catering tasks as directed.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and flag safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment and assist with luggage handling.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Transport guests and luggage via shuttle when required.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and report unsafe conditions.
• Follow emergency and security procedures when needed.
