Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and deliver high-end hospitality experiences at our Dallas facility. You will manage concierge requests, guide guests through check-in processes, and work with the Airside Experience Team to ensure seamless service.

This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate in indoor and outdoor environments near aircraft and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background checks, airport background checks, and be insurable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. federal/state jurisdiction.
• Good judgment and ability to follow supervisor directions.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crew with a warm, friendly welcome and escort to the front entrance or aircraft.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, and catering.
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues, and relay information accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities, services, and local areas for guests.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team.
• Stock amenities in guest areas and keep lobby and restrooms clean.
• Promote and sell Signature services and products to passengers and crews.
• Assist crews with luggage and transportation as required; help pilots with weather info.
• Identify crewmembers and guests per security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
