Job summary

Talentify's Guest Experience Specialist greets guests and crew, providing a warm, professional welcome and coordinating services at the Signature Aviation facility.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work both indoors and outdoors near aircraft and ground service equipment, delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crew with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and courteously.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Provide concierge services: hotel, transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain service records.
• Know Signature facilities, services, and local surroundings.
• Monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team.
• Ensure amenity stock and keep lobby and restrooms clean and presentable.
• Promote Signature services to passengers and crew.
• Assist with luggage and transportation as needed; support pilots with weather and portals.
