Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinating services with professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to exceptional moments.

You will work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in indoor and outdoor settings near aircraft and ground service equipment, delivering thoughtful service in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass airport background checks and meet security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at the facility and provide a warm, friendly greeting.
• Coordinate services for guests and crews with team members and other departments.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with procedures; assist with related accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and local surroundings.
