Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to greet guests and deliver a seamless, luxury-focused experience at our private aviation terminal. You will combine hospitality with hands-on aircraft support, engaging guests with a service-first mindset from wheels down to wheels up.

The role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays, and comfort working outdoors around active aircraft in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-focused guest service mindset with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to understand and follow safety and SOP guidelines.
• Pass background checks and airport security requirements.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services according to SOPs.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power, and potable water services as needed.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; drive shuttle vehicle to transport guests and luggage.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean, and secure state.
