Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational duties, supporting guests, crew, and aircraft from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, fueling and de-icing, towing, luggage handling, and ensuring safety and compliance in all operations. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently according to SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and address safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo for aircraft and guest vehicles.
• Provide professional guest service and safe, courteous transportation when shuttling guests and luggage.
• Maintain ramps and operations in a safe, clean condition.
• Follow security, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Create records of time worked and services performed.
