Job summary

Signature Aviation in the United States seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a premier, hospitality-driven guest experience while supporting safe, efficient airside operations.

You will drive ground services, assist guests and aircraft, and uphold high standards in a fast-paced, outdoor setting around active aircraft. Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and excellent service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
• Legally authorized to work.
• Valid state driver's license; CDL may be required locally.
• Preferred: 3–6 months in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely per SOPs.
• Coordinate with guests, clients, vendors and aircraft crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, GW units, tugs, etc.
• Load/unload luggage and cargo for aircraft and guest transport.
• Provide professional guest service with a positive attitude at all times.
• Provide safe, courteous shuttle transportation for guests and luggage.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure ramps and operations.
• Fuel handling, quality control, inventory, and documentation.
• Follow all safety, security, and guest service requirements.
• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise and report concerns.
• Follow emergency response procedures.
• Understand and enforce airport security protocols.
• Create accurate time/activity records.
