Job summary

Signature Aviation in Milwaukee seeks a Guest Experience Specialist to warmly welcome guests and crews, coordinate services, and ensure a memorable experience. You will work across indoor and outdoor environments, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while upholding Signature standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks and airport background requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm, friendly welcome and escort them as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure services are handled professionally and information transferred accurately.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions in line with procedures; may assist with basic accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services such as hotel, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature Aviation facilities and services, as well as nearby areas.
