Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent for our Ground Handling Department in Florida. The role involves assisting passengers, operating the Jetway, and guiding aircraft on the ramp. Must be able to lift 70 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must complete training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Proof of high school or GED completion is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding processes.
• Assist customers with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as needed.
• Operate the Jetway and ground equipment.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Guide and park aircraft; perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and support corporate objectives.
