The ideal candidate can complete the required training, lift up to 70 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Completion of Customer Service Agent training course.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Available to work outside in all weather.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug screen and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
