Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Client Services Representative I to warmly greet passengers and coordinate all aspects of their travel. You will manage reservations, ground services, and communications with crew and guests.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule with a professional presentation. Prior aviation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of aviation client relations experience preferred; luxury hotel or other luxury hospitality background will be considered.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, pilots, and flight attendants.
• Coordinate every detail of their arrival and departure including catering, ground transportation, hotel, restaurant, and golf reservations.
• Arrange fuel orders and other ground services for the aircraft.
• Answer customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
• Perform Operator duties as required.
• Ensure clients have a smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience.
• Maintains lobby clean and replenished; front of house functions.
