Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Oxford, CT is seeking a Client Services Representative I to be the welcoming front-line for guests, pilots, and crew. The role coordinates ground services, catering, hotel and transportation, and ensures a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

The successful candidate will greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, manage emails/phone calls promptly, and work a 1:30PM–10:00PM shift, weekends required. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of aviation client relations experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, pilots, and flight attendants.
• Coordinate arrival/departure details including catering, ground transportation, hotel, and reservations.
• Arrange fuel orders and other ground services for aircraft.
• Answer customer emails and phone calls promptly.
• Ensure guests have a smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience.
• Maintain lobby area and front desk.
• Perform other front of house duties as needed.
