Vantage Aviation in Rifle, CO seeks a Customer Service Representative Lead to supervise front desk operations, greet guests, and ensure safety and service quality across shifts. You will mentor CSR staff, coordinate with pilots and line service, and help resolve issues while maintaining a welcoming, efficient environment.

This role requires aviation customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced FBO setting.

Formación

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced aviation ops.
• Proficiency with POS systems and radios.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee front desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR staff during daily operations.
• Greet and welcome all customers, providing professional service and assistance.
• Mentor CSR teammates with guidance, training, and operational support.
• Coordinate with pilots and line service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
