Job summary

Vantage Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead day-to-day customer service operations at our FBOs in Rifle, CO. You will supervise Customer Service Representatives, manage front desk workflows, scheduling, and training, and ensure a high standard of hospitality and client satisfaction in a fast-paced aviation environment.

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all customers, providing professional service.
• Oversee daily front desk and customer service operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Supervise, coach, and train Customer Service Representatives, including onboarding.
• Assist with employee scheduling, shift coverage, and workload coordination.
• Oversee customer purchases and fuel transactions; coordinate transportation and lodging as needed.
• Maintain a professional, organized front desk environment and respond to concerns or issues.
