Job summary

Vantage Aviation in the United States is seeking an attentive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage day-to-day front desk interactions at our FBOs. You will greet customers, process purchases and fuel transactions, and support pilots and team members to ensure seamless service.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced aviation environment, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the front desk and provide courteous service.
• Process purchases and fuel transactions using POS.
• Coordinate transportation, lodging, and passenger baggage with pilots.
• Maintain knowledge of services and area; keep lobby and restrooms stocked as needed.
• Assist with daily FBO operations as required.
