Job summary

Vantage Aviation seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage day-to-day front desk interactions at our FBOs. You will deliver world-class service, assist with fuel transactions, and coordinate passenger needs in a fast-paced aviation setting.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a polished, customer-focused presence. Evening and weekend hours are possible; a high school diploma is required, and background checks are standard. [e-mail] for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math functions for transactions and balancing.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk with professionalism.
• Receive, dispatch, and process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Coordinate transportation, lodging, and passenger baggage in support of customers.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and surrounding area.
• Replenish supplies across all areas and ensure amenities meet standards.
• Operate POS systems and computer equipment as part of daily operations.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused front desk environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
