Vantage Aviation in Rifle, CO seeks a CSR Supervisor to oversee daily customer service operations at our FBO. You will supervise Customer Service Representatives and Leads, manage front desk flow, coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure service levels meet Vantage standards.

The role requires aviation customer service experience, strong leadership, and the ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel and willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Formación

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in aviation or FBO
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor under pressure and during high-volume periods
• Experience with computers, POS systems, and radios in aviation settings
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives and CSR Leads during daily operations
• Ensure front desk operations are efficient, professional, and aligned with standards
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, tenants, and guests
• Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to CSR staff
• Support onboarding and development of new employees
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to management
• Implement policies, procedures, and service initiatives
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with line service, pilots, vendors, and internal departments for seamless service
• Process customer purchases, fuel transactions, and related documentation
• Maintain knowledge of FBO operations and resources
• Ensure customer-facing areas are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
• Use scheduling systems and POS systems daily
• Assist with operational reporting and logs
• Promote safety standards and compliance
• Serve as acting leadership in absence of management
• Perform other duties as assigned
