Job summary

Vantage Aviation in Rifle, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to warmly greet customers, process fuel transactions, and support daily FBO operations at the front desk.

You will coordinate with pilots, assist with lodging and transportation, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and work area while using POS and computer systems. Evening and weekend shifts may apply; a high school diploma is required and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at front desk.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Coordinate transportation, lodging, and passenger baggage with pilots.
• Maintain knowledge of services and surrounding area.
• Keep front desk and lobby stocked and clean.
• Operate computers, radios, and point-of-sale systems.
