SpaceX is seeking an entry-level Account Specialist for Starlink EnterpriseAccount Management (Aviation) in the Seattle area. You will handle high-volume orders, onboarding, and operations for channel partner accounts, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Support to activate orders.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, contract interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel to customer sites and potential weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail for process-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate purchase orders and documents for compliance.
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures.
• Apply pricing, discounts, and terms per contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.
• Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals.
• Maintain precise records in internal systems and trackers.
• Spot friction points and suggest scalable process and system improvements.
• Ensure accounts are activated and invoiced on forecasted schedules.
