Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic Enterprise Aviation customer accounts from contract signature to retention.
• Work with Account Specialists to handle day-to-day requests.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback internally.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
