SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Account Director to manage strategic enterprise accounts in Aviation. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in account management, a background in engineering or business, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Hawthorne, CA, with some travel required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in a customer-facing role.

Mansioni

• Manage strategic Enterprise Aviation customer accounts from contract signature to retention.
• Work with Account Specialists to handle day-to-day requests.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback internally.
