Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead the department’s daily operations at our Phoenix station. You will coach staff, enforce policies, manage reports, and ensure on-time performance and high-quality customer service in a dynamic airport environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to work with all management levels. Must be able to drive equipment and adapt to varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with internal controls processes for accountable items.
• Knowledge of basic airport procedures and gate/ramp requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team.
• Manage the operational activities of the department per policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure on-time performance and quality customer service.
• Drive motorized equipment and support when staff absence affects operations.
