Job summary

Seven Rivers Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Representative at their Georgetown, SC site. You will greet customers, answer calls, coordinate ground transportation, and assist flight crews with documents and passenger readiness to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and a high school diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are needed for daily operations and records management.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors cordially upon entrance into the FBO.
• Answer telephones in a friendly, timely manner and direct calls.
• Assist with hotel, rental car and ground transportation arrangements.
• Process invoices and update daily fuel sheets with aircraft information.
• Support flight crews with document preparation and passenger readiness.
• Communicate fuel amounts and service requests to line technicians.
