Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at Charleston Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, upsell protections and services, and assist with directions and information while helping to process reservations and returns.

This role requires strong customer service skills, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a 5-day schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or admin support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and other services to customers.
• Use approved techniques to determine needs and offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options and equipment.
• Assist with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer calls for reservations, quotes, questions, and provide information and resolutions.
