Seven Rivers Aviation is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Georgetown, SC site. The successful candidate will greet and interact with our customers and visitors in a cordial, welcoming and helpful manner to provide them with a positive experience. Our goal is to ensure our customers will entrust Seven Rivers Aviation with the ability to provide first‑class customer service; they will then return to site for future business.
Customer Service Representative will have constant interaction with passengers, flight crews, flight instructors and their students, work crews. The Customer Service Representative must be comfortable interacting face‑to‑face, on the telephone, two‑way radios, as well as the Unicom radio. Must be multi-task oriented, with excellent communication skills and problem‑solving abilities. Capable of working independently and as a part of our team.
