Job summary

Seven Rivers Aviation in Georgetown, SC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, answer calls, and assist with travel arrangements and flight support at our FBO site.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a clean driver's license. Candidates with 2+ years in customer service are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Clean and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
• Minimum 2+ years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry in a professional manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls to staff as needed.
• Assist with hotel, rental car and ground transportation arrangements.
• Follow up on rental car reservations and prep for arrivals.
• Assist flight crews with documents, coffee and luggage prep as requested.
• Communicate fuel amounts and line service requests to technicians.
• Invoice customers and email invoices when needed.
• Maintain fuel sheets and process payments using Total FBO.
