Responsibilities

• Assist customers and resolve complaints.
• Monitor aircraft arrivals, parking, refueling, loading, and departures.
• Process reservations, record interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate billing and collect payments for services.
• Provide information about products and services by phone or in person.
• Maintain FAA/TSA compliance and airport security guidelines.
