Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is seeking a Customer Service Duty Manager to lead the Customer Service team at Hebron, KY. You will supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety, security, and customer satisfaction while aligning with TSA and FAA regulations.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, training, shift coverage, reporting, and collaboration with carriers and TSA personnel. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of management/supervisory experience in field service duties.
• Independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Airline pricing experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organises, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for contracted flights and charters.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations Agents and Customer Service Agents; maintains training records.
• Implements departmental policy and advises on policy issues to improve operations.
• Coordinates Customer Service activities with air carrier personnel and TSA as required for the shift.
• Maintains safety and security regulations compliance and prepares verbal and written reports.
• Handles billing, payments, cash handling, and related duties.
• Must be available to work swing and graveyard shifts plus weekends and holidays.
