Job summary

Duties Manager at Trego Dugan Aviation Windsor Locks oversees Ramp and Passenger services, directing Ground Operations and Customer Service staff to ensure safety, security, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifts, coordination with TSA/FAA, and multiple tasks across ground and service platforms.

Qualifications

• Two to five years previous management/supervisor experience in field service duties.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Familiarity with PC software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations and Customer Service staff; maintains training records.
• Coordinates activities with TSA, station managers, and air carrier personnel.
• Ensures compliance with FAA/TSA security directives and airline rules.
• Manages equipment and platforms used in ground operations.
• Maintains emergency checklists and submits reports.
