Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Customer Service Duty Manager in the United States. The role oversees and guides the Customer Service team, monitors discipline and performance, and ensures daily customer satisfaction while complying with TSA and FAA regulations.

The position requires governance over staffing, training, and interactions with TSA and air carriers. It also entails reporting, billing duties, and willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Two to five years of management/supervisory experience in field service duties.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, directs, and participates in Ramp/Ground and Customer Service operations for flights.
• Directs and trains Ground Operations and Customer Service Agents; maintain training records.
• Coordinate with TSA, air carriers, and station managers for shift operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/TSA regulations and company policies; attend meetings.
• Prepare verbal and written activity reports; handle billing and cash-related duties.
• Work varying shifts including swing and graveyard, weekends, and holidays.
