Qualifications

• Experience in aviation/service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train assigned Agents on passenger services and ramp operations.
• Plan, organize, and supervise customer service and ramp services for flights.
• Maintain training records for the team and ensure compliance with policies.
• Adhere to FAA/TSA security regulations and airline directives.
• Coordinate with airport staff, TSA, and airline dispatch for daily operations.
• Prepare reports on service activities and staffing as required.
• Update flight information display systems and information sharing.
• Handle safety, billing, and routine operational duties as needed.
