Piedmont Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Roanoke, VA to support ground handling operations. You will assist passengers, operate the Jetway, and help with wheelchair services and flight changes, in all weather conditions.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, complete training, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. Prior airline experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Operate the Jetway and guide/park aircraft.

• Provide wheelchair assistance and arrange for unaccompanied minors.
