Avflight Holland in Holland, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for travelers and crew. You will assist with fuel, hangar, lodging, and ground transportation, and process transactions with a professional approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are comfortable with multi-line phones and basic computer skills, and can lift up to 20 lbs. Background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hospitality/customer service experience a plus.
• Comfortable learning multi-line phone system, email, filing, faxing and MS Office.
• Lift up to 20 lbs; occasional standing and movement.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.
• Must have valid Driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service to crew members and passengers.
• Assist customers with services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel, ground transport.
• Resolve customer requests and complaints regarding Avflight’s services.
• Process sales transactions, balance daily inventory and fuel tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
