Job summary

Avflight Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee. You will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at our facility, delivering professional service to crew members and passengers and assisting with requested aviation services.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, process sales, and balance daily transactions while working in a fast-paced, aviation-focused environment. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background check.
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to learn and use a multi-line phone system and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to crew members and passengers.
• Assist customers with services such as fuel, hangar space, catering, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
• Resolve customer questions and complaints regarding Avflight’s services or products.
• Process sales transactions and balance daily inventory and fuel tickets.
