Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Junior Contracts Manager in Orlando, FL to support airline and aerospace contracts, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure compliance and risk management.

The role is a 12-month contract with hybrid work (3 days in-office) and a pay range of $38.00 to $43.00 per hour, offering opportunity to contribute to growth in the Americas aviation market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Juris Doctor or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of contract management experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Aviation/aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and compliance for airline and aviation customers.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts (sales, maintenance, licensing).
• Act as primary point of contact in contract discussions with customers.
• Support procurement negotiations and bid/RFP responses.
• Identify contractual risk and opportunities and advise stakeholders.
