The ideal candidate has 3+ years of contract management experience, a law degree or equivalent, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law/JD or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of contract management experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and contract law/regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and amendments.
• Manage contractual risks, compliance, and legal requirements.
• Support airline customers, contract discussions, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Maintain contract records, amendments, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other teams.
