Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Junior Contracts Manager in Orlando, FL. This contract role supports the Director, Legal, Contracts and Compliance in management of contracts for airlines, aviation service providers, and DoD-related engagements.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week with remote days. Candidate should have a law/JD or MBA background with at least 3 years in contract management, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and familiarity with aviation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law, JD, equivalent foreign degree, master’s or MBA.
At least 3 years of contract management experience.
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with airlines and aviation providers.
Knowledge of compliance, standards, and regulations in aviation.
Experience with government agencies (e.g., DoD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support contract management and compliance for airlines and aviation customers.
Draft, review and redline commercial contracts including sales, maintenance, purchase, lease, NDAs, software licensing, and amendments.
Act as primary contact for airline customers during contract discussions and clarify terms.
Assist bid and account teams with SOW/RFP/RFQ responses and risk assessments.
Lead negotiation of contracts with airlines in the Americas and with DoD or similar agencies.
