Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Orlando, FL 32822

Work Model: Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office; Monday and Friday remote

Schedule: 40 hours/week, flexible hours (core hours: 10 AM-3 PM ET)

Pay Rate: $46.36/hour on W-2, weekly pay + Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits

Contract Length: 1 year, with a strong possibility of extension and potential permanent conversion (no guaranteed timeline)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to manage, draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and aviation service providers. This role focuses on contract compliance, risk management, and collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and amendments.
• Manage contractual risks, legal requirements, and compliance.
• Support airline customers, contract discussions, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Maintain contract records, amendments, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and other teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, JD, equivalent foreign law degree, Master's, or MBA.
• 3+ years of contract management experience.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation or aerospace industry experience.
• French or Spanish language skills.
