Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects under the National Aviation Vertical. This role requires 100% travel across the United States and leads safety culture, subcontractor management, and daily project coordination.

You will develop work plans, manage schedules and budgets, and participate in OAC and progress meetings to ensure on-time, profitable completions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Must lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field staff and manage project teams.
• Oversee safety, quality, and EEO programs for the project.
• Monitor budget and costs using project management reports.
• Ensure documentation and reporting are timely and accurate.
