Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on projects, including material and equipment management, people leadership, and documentation to meet goals. This role reports to the National Aviation Vertical and requires 100% travel across the United States.

Responsibilities include safety culture leadership, coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality through QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Experience working on Aviation type projects (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads meetings (daily standup, weekly trade meetings) and project reviews.
