Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on projects with some complexity. This role reports to the National Aviation Vertical and requires 100% travel throughout the United States.

You will supervise safety, staffing, scheduling and budget controls to ensure timely, profitable project completion. The position demands strong leadership, coordination with owners and design teams, and adherence to JE Dunn’s policies and processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience leading field teams and managing complex projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and coordinates overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and schedules, tracks progress and reports to stakeholders.
• Manages project budgets, cost reporting and ensures timely, profitable completion.
• Leads meetings, coordinates documents, and ensures quality compliance.
