Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 who will plan, manage and execute on projects with some complexity. The role requires 100% travel across the United States and reports to the National Aviation Vertical.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules and budgets, and driving project closeouts through strong field leadership and communication with owners and design teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience and field supervision preferred.
• Experience with Lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site care.
• Lead project meetings (standup, trade, OAC).
• Monitor schedule and budget using reports.
