Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 who will plan, manage, and execute on complex projects, with a focus on safety, scheduling, and cost control. The role reports to the National Aviation Vertical and requires 100% travel across the United States.

The incumbent will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and compliance while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Experience on aviation type projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and quality programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control; manage project documentation.
• Lead meetings (daily standup, weekly trade, OAC) and monitor progress.
