Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, scheduling, cost control and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and field staff across aviation projects.

Expect 100% travel throughout the United States, with duties rooted in JE Dunn’s safety, QA/QC and project management standards. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years of construction and 3+ years of field supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years construction; 3+ years field supervision.
• Prior aviation project experience and Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on the project and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, workflow, and coordination of trades.
• Oversees project staffing, budgets, schedules and documentation.
• Participates in project meetings and owner/architect communications.
• Supports project closeouts and pursuit activities.
