Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage, and execute complex projects nationwide. The role requires 100% travel across the United States and reports to the National Aviation Vertical.

You will lead safety initiatives, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee project documentation to ensure timely, profitable completion. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years of construction experience are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM/Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years construction; 3+ years field supervision; Lean principles preferred.
• Experience with aviation-type projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow on the job site.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control and manage meetings.
