Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects across the United States, with a focus on aviation. This role requires 100% travel and reports to the National Aviation Vertical, coordinating safety, quality and cost control while leading field teams.

You will develop work plans, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, conduct progress meetings and ensure documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years construction supervision experience, aviation experience a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and safety programs on complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, safety, quality and cost control.
• Develop work plans, coordinate subcontractors and manage field teams.
• Monitor schedule, budget and progress; lead meetings and document progress.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specs and safety standards.
