Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an AV Technician II to support corporate AV/VC environments onsite with a global client. You will install and maintain AV equipment, troubleshoot issues, and travel to client offices as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Role involves high-profile event support, wiring, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years’ related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to build productive internal and external relationships.
• Judgment within defined procedures to determine action.
• Ability to think and work independently.
• Strong wiring/termination and AV installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install AV equipment and displays including A/V conferencing, distributed audio, digital signage and control systems.
• Install structured cabling (Cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, audio).
• Meet SLAs and update tickets as required.
• Upload Crestron control programs and coordinate with remote team for certification.
• Assist with inventory including stock levels, returns (RMA) and DOA issues.
• Follow client safety policies and guidelines.
