Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong wiring/termination and AV installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of AV equipment and displays including conferencing gear, distributed audio, digital signage, control systems, and presentations.
• Perform structured cabling tasks (cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, audio) and test connections.
• Meet SLAs and update tickets; support pre-event checks and on-site troubleshooting.
• Upload Crestron control programs and collaborate with remote program team for certification.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stock levels, RMA, and DOA issues.
• Follow client safety policies and provide problem-solving during installations.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and end users before and during events.
• Interface with vendors to address requests and requirements.
