Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center setting. You will work closely with clients on site to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and meets guest expectations.

The role requires basic AV knowledge, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in paperwork and system entries. A valid driver’s license and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• External applicants must complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete orders and paperwork accurately, including Navigator entries.
